Beware the Snapper
Two years ago, The New York Times tested eight samples of fish sold as wild salmon in New York City; six of them were, in fact, farmed. And last week, the Chicago Sun-Times tested “red snapper” from 14 restaurants. Not one was actually red snapper. Talk about your fish stories.
